大竹文雄教授らの研究グループの研究成果が公開されました。
概要
抗菌薬の不適切な使用は耐性菌の増加を招き、世界的な公衆衛生上の課題となっています。本研究では、日本の診療所に勤務する内科・小児科・耳鼻咽喉科の医師280名を対象に、抗菌薬適正使用（抗菌薬スチュワードシップ）に関する認識や態度を調査しました。その結果、診療科や年齢層によって意識や行動に差があることが明らかとなり、今後の教育・啓発活動や政策立案に有用な知見を提供しました。
