熊ノ郷 淳教授（大阪大学大学院医学系研究科,（兼）感染症総合教育研究拠点）らのグループは、関節リウマチなどの自己免疫疾患や気管支喘息をはじめとするアレルギー性疾患に関するこれまでの世界中のシングルセル研究の成果をまとめ、臨床応用への視点から解説した総説論文を発表しました。

The research group of Atsushi Kumanogoh (Graduate School of Medicine, Osaka University,CiDER) summarized the results of past research achievements using scRNA-seq on autoimmune and allergic diseases, and explaining the possibility of clinical application. This review shows how vast amounts of single-cell information can be brought to the bedside in the future and will serve as a guidepost for research into the pathology and treatment of immune diseases.
